I was hired as an Ramp agent we would load and offload planes, trucks and ULD's.

I worked as a night shift Lead overseeing our night ops. Working well with our team.

• Guided aircraft into and out of parking positions using hand signals.
• Safely operated various types of equipment such as conveyor belts, push-back tractors and tugs.
• Tracked flight schedules to promote on-time landings and avoid loading delays.
• Communicated closely with ground crew, flight crew, and tow person via headset radio to maintain loading and unloading safety and efficiency.

• Operated cargo handling equipment to facilitate safe and quick loading and unloading of cargo.
• Detected damages and discrepancies in cargo shipments with careful inspections and close monitoring.
• Coordinated and verified proper dispatch of cargo shipments, working closely with different departments to resolve issues.
