I have the privilege of working along some amazing mentors and leaders that helped guide and train me to be the manager I am today. Over the years I have managed teams as small as 2 to as large as 13. I consider myself ambitious and goal orientated with excellent research skills, time management and problem-solving skills, hardworking and always finding new challenges to take me to the next level. I am always willing to learn new things. I have an open mind which allows me to adapt easy to change and growth. I’m a quick learner and always try my best to make things more efficient. I take great notes and observe everything around me. I have great people skills and enjoy working with others, also able to work independently. In my years of banking, I have extensive knowledge when it comes to account opening, from personal accounts to IRA’s, Estates, Trust and Business accounts. I have a strong understanding of the Banks policy and procedures when it comes to BSA, Compliance, and Reg E to name a few. I can easily navigate and have learned to master the following programs, Premier, Access Manager, Compass for Transfer Now, Check Free, Integrated Teller, SCO, Five9, Bottomline, Client Central (CWSI), and Zelle. Being that I was part of the retail team when the new ATM’s, coin machine and TCR’s were installed and assisted with the procedure and training for how to manage and audit them I am confident with the knowledge I hold regarding them.
