I have the privilege of working along some amazing mentors and leaders that helped guide and train me to be the manager I am today. Over the years I have managed teams as small as 2 to as large as 13. I consider myself ambitious and goal orientated with excellent research skills, time management and problem-solving skills, hardworking and always finding new challenges to take me to the next level. I am always willing to learn new things. I have an open mind which allows me to adapt easy to change and growth. I’m a quick learner and always try my best to make things more efficient. I take great notes and observe everything around me. I have great people skills and enjoy working with others, also able to work independently. In my years of banking, I have extensive knowledge when it comes to account opening, from personal accounts to IRA’s, Estates, Trust and Business accounts. I have a strong understanding of the Banks policy and procedures when it comes to BSA, Compliance, and Reg E to name a few. I can easily navigate and have learned to master the following programs, Premier, Access Manager, Compass for Transfer Now, Check Free, Integrated Teller, SCO, Five9, Bottomline, Client Central (CWSI), and Zelle. Being that I was part of the retail team when the new ATM’s, coin machine and TCR’s were installed and assisted with the procedure and training for how to manage and audit them I am confident with the knowledge I hold regarding them.

AVP/Customer Support Manager

  • As the manager of the Customer Support team, I’m in charge of the Five9 software and the implementations it has to offer
  • Five9 was first introduced to the bank in 2022, to which I had the privilege of learning all the ins and outs of what this software has to offer
  • From building daily reports to help understand and manage our daily queue, to weekly and monthly reports that have assisted us to better streamline our monthly audits and report keeping
  • Some of those reports consist of our daily call logs, customer complaints, and debit card travel and limit increases
  • Oversee our online account opening process thru Bottomline
  • I have assisted in a few projects over the years from updating bank policies and procedures, to the implementation of our new contactless debit card
  • I also form part of the Customer Experience Leadership Team, which works together to find new ways to better service our customers and keep track of ongoing projects
  • As an active manager I also assist with the daily calls, complete customer maintenance, COD renewals, Debit card maintenance including limit increases and travel, and account research
  • My team and I manage and assist our customers with online banking, from resetting passwords, to assisting customer with Zelle, Transfer Now, BillPay, and Secure Now
