   I have worked for TJX since September 9th of 2009 to present. My daily requirements consist of Cashiering, floor sales and Excellent customer service skills including answering calls & directing the person to the proper department. I have worked in receiving, opening merchandise & placing it on tanks to be flowed to bring merchandise to be set up for display. After three months I was promoted to coordinator of eight different departments. Also during that time I was trained in the cash office per diem. I also assisted in the needs of customer special requests (would call other HOMEGOODS stores to find special requested items.) I have won multiple associate awards over my career with HOMEGOODS. I've had one on one training with new associates & was also head of the Crossroads program.,Teaching all associates with merchandising communication skills.

2003, 2009, I was responsible for the environmental services & the maintenance of the residents and per the request of family members would fulfill their special needs. I was also responsible for rooms, lobbies, offices, the nurses station & the Maintenance closet. My job consisted of dusting, vacuuming, the removal and disposal of waste. daily bed changing. Mopping & disinfecting all areas of the facility. I also attended classes for fire safety & disease control I was required to pass annual checks to maintain the knowledge threw safety data sheets. I was promoted to laundry director in charge of Washing & drying & the delivery of items to the residents room on a daily basics also organizing their items per request. The reason for my job change was due to change of management and ownership of facility.

Garden Side Assisted Living

1997, 2003, I was in charge of cleaning & disinfecting of all the residents rooms, which included daily cleaning of the Family Room, library Kitchens. Carpet Cleaning & all bedding laundry, folding & delivered to each room. Cleaning of residents rooms. And all removal of waste.
