I have worked for TJX since September 9th of 2009 to present. My daily requirements consist of Cashiering, floor sales and Excellent customer service skills including answering calls & directing the person to the proper department. I have worked in receiving, opening merchandise & placing it on tanks to be flowed to bring merchandise to be set up for display. After three months I was promoted to coordinator of eight different departments. Also during that time I was trained in the cash office per diem. I also assisted in the needs of customer special requests (would call other HOMEGOODS stores to find special requested items.) I have won multiple associate awards over my career with HOMEGOODS. I've had one on one training with new associates & was also head of the Crossroads program.,Teaching all associates with merchandising communication skills.
