  • Investment Fund Administration - Ongoing administration of over $30 Million AUM across 6 real estate investment funds. Coordinate fund admin from creation through the successful closing of the fund. Complete all required SEC filings, amendments, and audits, working with necessary attorneys and CPAs. Continuous communication with investors, developers, LPs, GPs, etc. throughout the life of the fund/project. Manage all investor software to ensure compliance, accuracy, and reporting. Complete all investor distributions.
  • Investor Relations - Implement and manage processes and procedures for the Investor Relations team including pipeline management, CRM management, scripting, and time management. Manage all escalations or complex situations for investors throughout the investing process. Manage each investor package, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SEC and accreditation requirements.
  • Project Management - Vetting of all projects for presentation to the President/CEO for final approval, including but not limited to due diligence and underwriting. Manage project development through delicate coordination with developers, attorneys, engineers, contractors, accountants, etc. from inception through exit.
  • Marketing - Oversee the Marketing Division, supporting their efforts to brand and market the company and its opportunities such that investors’ attention is gained, and they are converted. Manage company CRM and marketing software, coordinating with the Investor Relations department to ensure continuity. Coordinate and approve all marketing materials including, print, advertisements, and websites.
  • Lending - Managing and maintaining all licensing, overseeing all processing and underwriting, CRM management, commissions, and post-closing note trading, along with managing relationships with brokers, note buyers, and lenders. Oversee the balance sheet management.
  • Accounting - Management of all bank accounts, tax services, and bookkeeping for 15 different entities, including 6 investment funds, two of which require annual audits. Serve as the primary point of contact for all accounts payable, accounts receivable, tax, and audit needs.
