  • Summer of 2025 accepted by the American Psychological Association Conference selection committee to be a presenter at their conference in Seattle, Washington which hosts 10,000 attendees.
  • Only approximately 6% of all presenters are High School Psychology teachers with their masters.
  • The Title of my session was, "Concept Maps: Meaningful connections to enhance performance." I used data from my student's assessments and John Hattie's research and data to prove the effectiveness of concept maps.
  • Created standard-aligned curriculums for Civics, United States History, World History, and AP Psychology
  • Implemented Wiggins and McTighe's Understanding by Design model
  • Incorporated the state standards using the SAS framework.
  • Created standard-aligned lesson plans and cross-curriculum lessons
