· A IPSC works under the direction of a supervisor in a plant environment and provides a variety of services which may include inspection, testing, cleaning, maintenance, and repair of customer owned or TSUS equipment. Interfaces with customers on a regular basis.
· Administration - Time Keeper, to assure that all employees hours are calculated and put into Salesforce to have everyone paid on time. Billing making sure all contracts are processed correctly and send to corporate office to process for payment.
• Handle composite materials and follow established safety procedures
• Cut and prepare kits of pre-preg material (carbon, fiberglass, core)
• Hand-laminate composite components using carbon fiber pre-preg and other similar materials, to specifications set by blueprints, layup manuals, and other technical documentation
• Prepare composite components for curing process by applying proper vacuum bagging methods and procedures
• Ensure parts meet all quality standards and guidelines prior to presenting for inspection
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area and comply with all safety regulations (PPE, MSDS, etc.)
• Interpret & follow basic engineering drawings
• Prepare tooling patterns and molds using chemical sealers and release systems
• Follow build manuals and quality control processes
• Operate and monitor oven controllers
• Prepare parts for manufacturing steps including sanding & cleaning
