There is nothing more I want in the world than be able to prove that cycles in life can be broken once you set your mind to it. I'm a young woman who is determined to conquer the world, and by conquering the world I mean to show each person I come into counter with that anything is possible if you put your mind, your heart, and your soul into something. Become passionate of making sure everything that someone ask you gets done and your goals are met. Working for a companies alongside the owners of companies is one of the best things that I have gotten then chance to do at such a young age. Being able to show the people that trust in me with their companies and getting those companies the results they ask for is the best reward I have received.   • After being promoted to office manager from residential route manager I took on the duties of the standard office manager at first, ordering/maintaining inventory, receiving money(checks and cash),depositing money, maintaining employee hours, attendance, vacations, disciplinary actions, insurance,DOT physicals, DOT regulated driver files, payroll, managing employees and make sure they are meeting the goals set by the owner to delegate to an other employees, and their departments, regulating accuracy of work, covering customer complaints, collection of past due accounts, maintaining company policy and procedures
  • You name it what the owner wanted covered or done I did
  • In May 2023 I was given partnered company, Dumpster Depot Event Services to maintain all of the duties of that company from operations to accounting to reconciliations of banking accounts and credit card accounts

  • My main job is signing up new customers over the phone, getting their documents returned, creating accounts, receiving payments, adding customers to a list of systems then continue on by routing the customers service on a driver and truck for service
  • Daily task are based on making routes the most efficient for the company to save on cost and labor
  • Any time there is an issue with a customer service I handle that by going through all my systems and finding where the problem is and fixing it right away
  • Responsible for seven different truck to be routed holding 4,000 to 5,000 customers each week there for going to 900 and over stops a day
