In light of "new normal" employability standards and to discourage wasting time please accept the following statement:
Compassionate, professional customer service has been core to what is now considered an "old-fashioned" work ethic.. Multi-faceted flexibility in the workplace, including work scheduling, using most standard office programs, plus multiple generations of proprietary programs depending on the industry. Responsible for protection of confidential information in both the health and judicial fields.
Strong communication skills in both written and spoken word, excellent at organization and attention to detail. First contact staffer in most environments with excellent reviews from internal and external clientele. Excellent time management and problem-solving skills in high stress challenging conditions. Willing to accept multiple responsibilities and learn new tasks.
With that said, I was terminated after six years of devoted service in December of 2021 for no other reason than the refusal to submit to COVID shots and continual testing. Performance evaluations were never less than "excellent" or "superior" ratings. Had also been an un-paid volunteer for the company for nearly ten years prior to employment.
