    Business Fluency: Create and utilize workforce planning and talent assessment/review and development potential filling talent gaps and growing our talent pipeline. In WV, with largest change to waiver protocols for persons with disabilities under Medicaid, made core changes to lead and program management functions to provide excellence in care, while state legislative changes resulted in 35% reduction in reimbursement rates. Domo expert, using data to manage people business, such as leadership engagement and experience, analysis and trends by leader, assist with action plans and top leadership investments/commitments for impact, resulting on 3.7% EXI increase 2021 to 2022. Created and conducted Leadership Development initiatives and leader education for frontline leaders to Exec teams.
