  • Management of scheduling for the multi-use facility to verify and confirm all areas of the 22,000 square foot facility would be properly staffed and used to the best level of profitability. Areas of the facility included gymnastics, tumble and cheer gyms, dance, yoga and martial arts studio spaces, academic classrooms, and a state licensed childcare.
  • Increased sales by 49% at the South Jordan facility in a three-year timeframe by creating more programming, reducing non-essential overhead costs, and creating a community culture to ensure client and staff retention; in turn, safeguarding long-term profitability.
