Summary

Experienced and dependable RN (ACLS, BLS certified) with a strong background in direct care, skilled nursing, and healthcare compliance across West Texas. Currently working as a Direct Care RN at the San Angelo State Supported Living Center, providing care to individuals with complex needs.

Previously worked at Senior Care Center of San Angelo and Baptist Memorials, where I gained hands-on experience with wound care, medication administration, IV and PICC line management, and handling skilled admissions and discharges as a charge nurse in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Since 2018, I’ve also worked as an agency nurse with Critical Health Connection, covering 12-hour shifts in a wide range of nursing homes and locked units across West Texas. Through this, I’ve seen many different care settings and learned just how important it is for all facilities to follow proper policies and provide safe, quality care.

Before nursing, I also worked in oilfield site compliance, making sure crews followed safety protocols across multiple job sites. I believe my years of experience in both nursing and compliance work have prepared me well for a role as a regulatory nurse. I’ve seen so many faces across West Texas, and I hope to keep making a difference but this time by helping ensure safe, effective care through the regulatory side of healthcare.
