During the pre-release and release of the Xbox One i was contracted by Xerox for support on any application or connectivity issues, i also took inbound calls from any members having problems with their membership due to application issues and walked them through step by step troubleshooting.
Took inbound calls from all existing members, answering questions about their auto or home policy, going over coverage and explaining in detail how their coverage worked, made changes to their policy and or/coverage per member's request while also making sure to follow state guidelines and took payments for the member's policy home and auto.
