Every month our Store manager will choose an employee of the month. For me I was just really doing the best that I can at work. I have a mindset that when I step inside the Pharmacy I need to to be professional it is what I learned from working 7 years in my company in the Philippines. When my manager ask me to work at front store I also help. I never choose or be picky about work task. Im always willing to do overtime when we are short staff even in my day off . Im always willing to help everyone and I'm  very flexible worker I can be everywhere.
