Sole designer for four simultaneous home-lending projects, covering the creation and integration of a net-new rate modification offer flow into the existing Digital Refinance Application, and the introduction of Affordable Loan Products into the digital lending journey. Awarded 1 Bank of America Gold Award (Oct 2022) and 2 Bank of America Silver Awards (Dec 2021 and Jun 2022) for performance.
Conducted interviews with target users and stakeholders, and competitor analyses to identify key areas for opportunity in the current student credit card journey. Affinity diagrammed interview data to synthesize key insights that drove design decisions for my redesign solution of the Bank of America credit card sales page.
