Successful process was selected for a case study by design director.
  • Project manager and sole designer for 4 feature updates projects, and 1 affinity partner project.
  • Constructed user-centric design solutions that reflected a deep understanding of industry insights, business requirements, WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 standards, technology limitations, and legal partner concerns.
  • Created high-fidelity design artifacts and regularly presented at stakeholder and director reviews. Championed user-centered design decisions by presenting clear design rationale supported by insights from self-conducted user research and persona stories
  • Oversaw tech development of partner-aligned designs, and worked closely with tech partners to identify and escalate numerous defects in the enterprise-wide pattern library.
  • Championed a team of four to design and launch the Consumer & Business Banking team’s first ever quarterly newsletter, inspiring other XD teams to create their own. This initiative grew to include executive partnership and the launch of the XD organization's first monthly newsletter.

  • Awarded 1 Bank of America Gold Award (Sep 2024) and 1 Silver Award (Nov 2024) from the senior leadership team for the project management toolkit, and 1 Bronze Award from my business partner on the successful launch of the DME (Sep 2024).
