  • Documented and resolved employee frustrations about not having yearly review. This led to a total transformation in which I led annual reviews and increases, or set standards that needed to be obtained to earn more. This resulted in a very positive impact on the company and their performances..
  • Rolled out ADP payroll systems
  • Achieved cross training by implementing training sheets and check sheets, required to be signed by both trainee and trainer every week, handed into me
  • Supervised team of 60 + staff members that were not using time & attendance via their cell phone or clock. As well as developed time off sheets, establishing a 2 person rule for each department to request same time off, and also created a shared calendar for the whole company what dates were accounted for, or blacked out
  • Used Excel spreadsheets to establish all registration renewals and EZ-Pass violations which let to successfully disputing any and all violations and never a lapse in registration.
  • Implemented yearly Holiday party and summer barbecue as our way of saying thank you to all the employee dedications.
  • Kept track of every employee from CEO to Driver’e birthday on a shared calendar personalizing the work force.
  • Established strong relationships in the trade schools that had graduates coming up so we would have the opportunity to speak with them first.
  • Had open door policy for ALL employees to always feel they can come discuss any frustrations or concerns they may have.
  • When I started they had no retail business, due to my strong retail background, I started retail which was kept as a house account until I established business and hired someone to take over.
