• Ensures that all Construction activities meet the Budget, Schedule, Quality, Safety & Environmental Requirements.
• Responsible for Construction Activities and Controlling the Work Site for the timely Completion of the project.
• Ensures Co-ordination between various divisions, sections and disciplines during construction Execution, to ensure that all act in harmony for smooth execution.
• Preparation of project Execution Plan.

Major Projects Involved:

• PIC for upgrade of ATR Feed Inlet Check Valve (ORYX GTL).
• PIC for Re-Routing pipe Layout of Outlet Steam Filters (ORYX GTL).
• PIC for Facilitate to provide Bypass Lines in the Under-ground & Above-ground Cooling water Lines (ORYX GTL).
• EPC for Replacement of 28” & 40” PRV Header Lines (QATAGAS).
• SLUG-CATCHER PIPING REPLACEMENT (QATAGAS).
• SRU Duiker Burner Replacement (QATAGAS).

• Controlling the Production floor to achieve the Target, collaborating with other Departments, Planning the Manpower, Materials Management and Preparing Production Reports, Maintenance of machines.
• Conduct the Root-cause & Why-Why Analysis for the machine Break-Downs.
• Monitoring the daily Production in the Concerned Area and Preparing a Detailed Report.
• Effectively carrying out the Man-Management, Material Handling and Time Management.
• Performing the Maintenance of Mechanical Machineries.

• Working as a Technical Expert in the QMPG industrial Certification and Services, Assisting the ISO Audit team to identify technical parameters in order to evaluate the system maturity.
• To provide Technical information to the ISO Audit Team about the Mechanical Machineries and its maintenance those are being used in the organization.
• Technical Support to the Audit Team during the site inspection

• Assisting the Production Head to manage the Production and Maintenance with Senior Engineers to achieve the Target, liaising with Other Supporting Departments and Performing Internal Management Audits
• Operation and Maintenance procedures of the Tyre building Machines.
• Preparing Preventive Maintenance schedule & Time-Based Maintenance activities for Tyre Building Machines and other related equipment.
• Supervising the daily Production in Tyre Building Machines and its Breakdowns’.
• Performed Enterprise Resource Planning, Shift-Manning.
