While employed at the Model school I held both the position of lead teacher for the one year old class and the two year old class. In conjunction with those positions I also served as co director of the infant toddler center. My responsibilities included developing and implementing age appropriate curriculum , providing active supervision and conducting parent teacher conferences. As co director I was also responsible for assisting with the schedule and making sure there was coverage when teachers were out as well as conducting tours for prospective parents.
