I have worked for Palomar Family Counseling since 2015. I have provided individual therapy to clients with high needs and trauma on their school campus. I have worked closely with schools to ensure that students with high levels of crisis or trauma receive the therapy they deserve.

Certified in trauma-informed care, with certification in TF-CBT. Effective at improving and maintaining team productivity, and policies to keep the facility operating at a sustainable level within the county guidelines and contracts. Well-versed in motivating and retaining employees, building relationships with the community and families, and achieving the requirements for continued success.

Able to train and hire new employees to create strong and effective therapists.

Strong in time management and very organized in running and completing reports on time for the county.

The supervision of 11 therapists weekly includes individual supervision and group supervision of associates. Held weekly staff and treatment team meetings to ensure that the staff is able to collaborate and work together with our clients.
