Responsible for all functions related to landscaping and groundskeeping . Maintained 400+acres of land utilizing various mechanized equipment as well as a variety of hand tools. Trained new employees with an emphasis on "safety first". Completion of apprenticeship required 2000 hours of labor including but not limited to lawn mowing ,weed whacking, snow removal  , equipment repair .

Managed both front and back of the house duties including accounts payable and receivable. Staffing and human resources functions , scheduling, waiting tables, bartender and inventory along with other duties as need. Cross train in all aspects of food and customer service to be able to perform any and all functions as required,
