Summary

Customer Service is my TOP priority. I am a 22yr Army wife who has done retail and customer service in 6 states, 3 countries and 2 continents. I only listed roughly my last 20 years of experience. Whether it be a cashier, customer service manager, book store manager, uniform specialist, direct care specialist, and even a haunted house actor, I pride myself in being a Jill of all traded and mistress of none.

This being said, I have worked with pretty much any personality type you can imagine and I thoroughly enjoy these interactions. Everyone has a story, and I enjoy being privy to them.

In my current position we use a survey based customer satisfaction rating system. In my 3 plus years I have never fallen below a 9.7 out of 10. My main objective is ensuring my customers needs are met to the utmost of my ability.
