  • Keep accurate records of our Friends Forever program. Process and acknowledge all new enrollees. Maintain electronic and hard files on all FF enrollees. Provide stewardship when necessary
  • Process and maintain records of all new expectancies arriving to OHS via FreeWill, our free online Will making program. Provide proper stewardship to these new Planned Gift donors. Maintain a professional relationship with OHS' FreeWill representative
  • Maintain a working professional relationship with OHS' estate attorney Mecedes Rodan-Feeley
  • Help plan and execute Planned Giving's spring donor luncheons, including speaking at some
  • Help the current Planned Giving Program Manager with donor stewardship, including attending meetings with Planned Giving prospects
