  • Employee relations –main point person for 3 of the 4 manufacturing plants covering approximately 600 employees from entry level to Vice President level.

  • Recruit for all positions open within the company. This would include production, distribution, childcare, café, quality, sanitation, accounting, customer service, marketing, engineering, maintenance, and innovation positions.
  • Schedules and participates in interviews.
  • Consults with hiring managers to make decisions.
  • Offers positions, check references, decline applicants and perform phone screenings.
  • Run background checks on all new hires.
  • Tracks new hires in hiring system, closes positions and adds positions in HRIS system.
