I have taken the last year and a half off of work for personal and family issues. Before I moved to Florida I was working as the repair manager at a cell phone accessory store. The job required open availability, organization, sales, customer service and of course an opened mine. When i was first hired at the store I started as just a sales rep and climbed the ladder from there after only working there for about six months i was promoted to assistant manager. Once one of the repair techs position was open they hired from within the company. I started as back up to the lead tech who worked five days a week. Once the owner realized my skills had surpassed my managers after only a few months i was then promoted to lead tech and repairs manger i held the position for a little over two years working 5 days a week and coming in on my days off as help to the second tech. I enjoyed my job and always looked forward to going to work.
Job included responsibilities such as training new techs, ordering supplies, repairing and giving quotes on laptops cell phones and hand held gaming devices, interacting with customers and explaining repairs to them, cleaning answering phone calls and emails. When repairs were slow working on the retail floor sailing cell phone and laptop accessories, and all aspects of customer service.
All aspects of customer service. Answering and making phone calls, saling gift cards, giving directions to guest of the mall and answering questions about the surrounding area as well.
In high school i graduated with a 3.5 while being an active member and vice precedent of the dance team and club. When I graduated I received a scholar ship to the junior college where i started to take calls in criminal justice but soon realized my passions lied else were.
