Assist with financial analysis in preparation for quarterly earnings releases and board meetings as well as in devising strategies and interventions to delivery Accenture's longer term imperative to grow faster than the market, invest in the business while expanding margins and delivering returns to shareholders
Perform monthly compensation and headcount analytics to proactively identify issues and trends in the business and incorporating that data and logic into future forecasting on compensation and headcount metrics
Help define and manage compensation strategies from a financial point of view and assess impact on overall profitability
Act as day-to-day Finance SME on various aspects of compensation, including various compensation and benefit programs, headcount data, and the various digital tools (SAP, Accenture Talent Platform, Insights Marketplace, Workday, PowerBI, etc.)
Proactively evaluate and build efficiencies into current analytics and modeling to help add value and deliver insights more quickly and support the changing needs of the business
Analyze overall payroll affordability; support and advise HR on key drivers
