Weld Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, inconel, and Aluminum pipes.

Operate printers and other documentation devices to print work orders, maintenance records, production reports, and labels for materials or finished products.

• Track and update work order status, completion notes, and parts usage in SAP system to maintain accurate records.

• Generate preventative and corrective maintenance work orders using SAP, ensuring proper sequencing and prioritization of tasks.

• Assist in starting, operating, monitoring, and adjusting automated electro-mechanical machines with multiple functions and station capabilities, using touch screens, control panels, and computerized systems.

• Assist in combining machines and devices into complete production and finishing units that process printed sheets into books, catalogs, manuals, directories, and magazines, coordinating multiple workstations for proper timing, alignment, and output quality.

• Read, interpret, and follow work orders, job instructions, specifications, manuals, and drawings to determine machine setup, adjustments, tolerances, and sequencing of operations.

• Install, adjust, align, and replace machine components, including rollers, knives, guides, clamps, conveyors, sensors, and cutting/forming devices, using hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, hoists, jacks, and levels to meet production and dimensional requirements.

• Examine in-process and finished production samples for defects such as misalignment, incomplete cuts, improper bonding, damaged materials, or loose components, taking corrective action to maintain quality standards.

• Lubricate, clean, inspect, and perform minor repairs on machines, troubleshoot equipment, and perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance to ensure safe, efficient operation.

• Disassemble and reassemble machinery and equipment to remove or replace defective parts, perform adjustments, and verify proper operation;document repairs and maintenance in computerized systems.

• Operate forklifts, hoists, rigging equipment, and material-handling devices to move machinery, materials, or finished products safely.

• Enter, track, and maintain production and inspection data using personal computers, databases, scanners, and barcode systems, including scanning materials multiple times per day or when machines stop for jams, breaks, or material changes.

• Follow all safety rules, procedures, and instructions, including safe lifting, bending, reaching, prolonged standing, climbing, and repetitive hand movements while working around operating machinery.

• Demonstrate manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, reliability, dependability, and the ability to perform work without more than normal supervision.

• Use basic mathematics (decimals, measurements, metric units) to verify dimensional tolerances and ensure product quality.

• Observe, test, and analyze machine operations to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, or hydraulic issues; use tools such as voltmeters, micrometers, lasers, and straightedges as needed.

• Adjust programs parameters and codes to instruct the computer-controlled machinery and support operators in understanding machine functions and features.

Conducted regular maintenance checks on tools and equipment used during the day.

Read blueprints and diagrams to determine the type of pipe and tools needed for each job.

Familar with X-ray, UT, PT and hydro testing procedures

Monitored temperature levels at each stage during the entire welding process.

Conducted regular maintenance checks on tools and equipment used during the job

Performed pipe welding activities according to blueprints and technical drawings.

Measure, cut, thread, groove, bend and install piping according to specifications.

Repair or replace worn parts such as seals and bearings on pumps and valves.
