I began my career in the diesel industry in 2006 at Joel Olson Trucking as a lube tech performing grease services and oil changes and assisted in developing a maintenance program that eventually led to improved CSA scores. During my time at Joel Olson I became familiar with DOT regulations and prepared the fleet to meet or exceed those standards. I also began learning: how to prep and clean materials for fabrication, became familiar with oxygen acetylene torches, MIG Welders, liquid cooled band saws, chop saws etc. I also expanded my knowledge working on log trucks, Chunk box trucks, End dump trailers. Since then I have worked at multiple truck repair shops and have vastly improved my knowledge and capabilities in the diesel industry. I am currently employed at On the Spot Truck Repair where I have been employed for 9 plus years.
