- Company Overview: Formerly Re Transportation Inc
- Currently manage a team of 11 auditors and $325 million in revenue and oversee all administrative duties for our Memphis Audit department
- Responsible for automating all customer invoicing for the Memphis corporate accounts and all for Kuehne-Nagel’s Road Division offices across the United States
- Facilitate weekly meetings with our local executive team to provide reviews and updates on Audit activities and performance
- Initiated changes within the audit group to create an even work load among the team which led to greater efficiencies, cost savings, and a boost to the group’s morale
- In the past have managed our claims department for our corporate customers including all ReTrans agent offices and Kuehne-Nagel field offices across the U.S
- Claims management included, LTL, Truckload, and Intermodal modes
- Used My EZ Claims and Mercury Gate TMS to process claims
- Developed and implemented strategies to reduce the companies claim footprint from over $1.5 million in open claims to under $300K in about 12 months
- Conduct yearly employee evaluations and goal setting for all associates in the Claims and Audit departments for Kuehne-Nagel
- Prior to my current role, I was responsible for Carrier Development specific to refrigerated truckload and LTL carriers to help support our operations team
- Managed, at the time, our operations team consisting of 10 Logistics Coordinators for our largest customer Lindt and Sprungli North America
- Participated in carrier development, Quarterly Business Reviews and yearly strategic planning meetings on site with LSNA management in order to prepare for their 3rd and 4th quarter peak season
- From April 2003 to May of 2004 I was responsible for auditing all carrier freight invoices and tasked with getting all customer invoices processed and distributed each week
- In May of 2004, I was promoted to a Logistics Coordinator and worked daily operations across multiple accounts until 2008 when I was promoted to a Directors role and responsible for the LSNA account
