Accomplishments
The most challenging project so far in my career was a 30 month extensive remodel of Longfellow's Elementary School with 55,000 SF of renovations with asbestos abatement of floor and ceilings activities during school hours and a 4,500 SF classroom addition. There was also an elevator install in the most inaccessible area of the site. The most challenging part of the project was maintaining the safety of the kids and staff with addressing concerns quickly. The project completed on time and budget for a successful project.
