Upon immediate recognition via testing of existing landscape maintenence systems in place, & its need to perform better, along with less waste, I implemented upgrades that resulted in higher efficiency, more friendly user control/ & illiminated adjustments, yet encompassed longer performance life, and yielded a very quick return on investment by reducing utility waste by 97%, and removed entire cost of workforce babysitting, and no longer needed to replace frequently damaged units due to my research into the current market of products, & how the ranch could benefit.

• Performed regular job site observations to provide direction for general contractor personnel and subcontractor laborers.
• Ensured high-quality workmanship by conducting regular site inspections and addressing issues promptly.
• By utilizing a 2 week look ahead, I assured a smooth flow of a 5 shop concurrent tenant improvement phase. Through good communications with subs and constant of performances, along with the proper certifications and safety standards of OSHA , successful inspections, and timely ordering of materials along with sub collaboration, insured the smooth flow and completion within budget and without incidents.
