Summary

I believe that I have a drive that does not like to be out worked. I am always looking for better, more efficient, ways to problem solve while communicating with others to get things done. Most of my career positions have gravitated into a higher positions. I have learned to effectively communicate with customers in ways that I have had to resolve conflict without over talking customers; (sober, intoxicated, angry, physical). My current position as a class A CDL delivery driver has taught me new experiences which I have been eager to learn for growth and job security. I strive for leadership while trying to stay humble for my pursuit for growth as a father, a boyfriend, an employee. I am former military that respects the demands of respect. and using a chain of command.
