• Fix what is possible and provide recommendations for capital improvements based upon major findings.
• Use data analysis for diagnosing building systems and performance problems.
• Coordinate and lead team efforts on projects. Consult with and direct activities of contractors, architects, engineers, FP&M services, suppliers, university department representative and facility occupants.
