I worked in a Extremely Fast Paced Production Line. I started Mig and Tig Welding for a Hardened Structures Team I Managed a Resistance Welder Robotic Arm for one year, ensuring efficient production. I submitted maintenance requests and Critical Lift Requests which consisted of ensuring proper Rigging and Safety conditions were being implemented. I assumed responsibility for material and tool readiness, supporting team members effectively. I Engaged with engineering to design optimal weld schedules that improved process reliability. Completed training through American Welding Society focused on resistance and laser welding techniques. I Led team efforts to repair off-nominal spot welds using GMAW methods. Successfully transitioned between multiple stations, adapting to new scopes quickly. I Acted as point of contact in various roles, such as Integration and Avionics tech, demonstrating leadership throughout projects.

• Fabricated shop parts directly from blueprints.
• Removed and repaired unacceptable welds with air arc and grinder to meet quality guidelines.
