  • 501c3 non profit providing a variety of services to the unhoused and food insecure communities in Essex County including dinner six nights a week, overnight winter shelter, seasonal appropriate clothing, toiletries and hygiene products, laundry services, and job placement services
  • In first year increased the number of unique guest served from 340 to 805.
  • Increased fundraising by over 65% through a combination of grants and significantly increased private donations.
  • Increased the number of nights overnight winter shelter was open from 63 to 110. Also increased number of guests served from an average of 18 guests per night to 49.
  • Increased township and County funding for overnight shelter by 45%
  • Increased number of dinner meals served from 10,500 to over 20,000

Hobbies and Interests

High School multi-sports athlete including basketball, baseball, and tennis. Excelled most in basketball receiving various awards including the Atlanta Tip Off Club monthly all city team 5 times, McDonalds All American alternate, and BC All Stars all star game two years in a row., Full scholarship to The Citadel for basketball and baseball, but playing career ended early due to serious elbow injury. Ultimately had 11 surgeries to repair elbow. Despite injury, still managed to be awarded intramural athlete of the year my junior and senior years at The Citadel.
