With Michels Power I did transmission work, my job task was to help with preparing material, operating equipment including bucket trucks and diggers, hang dollies and stringing rope, pulling and sagging wire, deadend and clip in wire, frame and build structures. Equipment I operated was backhoes, skid steer, excavator, and fork lifts.

As a working foreman, my job task was to safely complete reconducts, lead and train my crew. I had to communicate with the utility company for materials, organize, and inventory all material for the job including poles. I planned each day out to productively frame and set poles, set up equipment, pull ropes and wire, and clean up. I sent emails on production, completed time sheets, done any paperwork that needed complete, attended safety meetings with my crew and with the company. I also had to summit one shot request, and keep clear communication with DOC when I was going to open or close any cutouts for transformers or to any taps. I helped my crew in day-to-day tasks, and ensured that they were wearing proper PPE and also doing their jobs safely.

As a journeyman lineman, my job task was to help lead and properly train the crew. I helped in getting material ready, and framing poles. I communicated with the foreman about planning out jobs and tasks that needed to be completed including filling out and discussing JSA. I safely transferred wire from old to new poles, tested then Maced phases, tested then ground phases, spliced wire, replaced or spliced then properly wired in secondary services, checked voltage and rotation on services depending on bank, installed and wired up electrical equipment such as transformers, regulators, capacitor banks, novas, and G.O.A.B.s. Inspected and properly used all PPE and rubber goods.

Shelton had 2 foreman one was a working foreman and a paperwork foreman. As a working foreman my job was to safely complete pole change outs. I also helped with day to day task, training, and insured the crew was doing task safely. I communicated with the foreman on job planning and the material needed. I helped load and inventory material, set up trucks, frame and set poles, and clean up job site. Kept up with task completed and hours worked then emailed all information to foreman.

I safely spread and transferred wire from old to new poles, tested then Maced phases, tested then ground phases, replaced or spliced then properly wired in secondary services, checked voltage and rotation on services depending on bank. I assisted in installing and wiring up electrical equipment such as transformers, regulators, capacitor banks, novas, and G.O.A.B.s., and PMEs. I helped set up bucket trucks, diggers, rope rig, and tensioner. I helped pull rope and wire in, sagged and clipped in wire. Inspected and properly used all PPE and rubber goods.

As a Class C lineman, my job task was to help assist the Journeyman and Class B Lineman in electrical task. I helped inventory and load material, load and spot poles, frame and set poles, set up bucket trucks and diggers, stock and clean trucks. I safely spread and transferred wire from old to new poles, tested then Maced phases, tested then ground phases, replaced or spliced then properly wired in secondary services, checked voltage and rotation on services depending on bank. I assisted in installing and wiring up electrical equipment such as transformers, reclosers , and G.O.A.B.s. I Inspected and properly used all PPE and rubber goods.

I was self-employed; I ran a handyman business. I did remodeling, small electrical and plumbing jobs, household maintenance repairs, lawn care, roofing, and small engine maintenance and repairs, auto maintenance and mechanic work. I did just about anything that needed fixing or maintenanced.

As a Class C lineman, my job task was to inventory and load material, load and spot poles, frame and set poles,set up bucket trucks and diggers. I had to keep trucks stocked and cleaned. I was able to do bucket work as long as the line was de-energized and grounded, replaced or spliced then properly wired in secondary services, checked voltage and rotation on services depending on bank. I assisted in installing and wiring up electrical equipment such as transformers. I Inspected and properly used all PPE and rubber goods.
