Accomplishments

  • Currently at Ho Chunk we are Native American owned and needed help in all our process and procedures to ensure ISO compliance. We have written all SOPs with the teams and have compliance in all 3 entities I manage. We also had to implement all KPI, safety procedures and employee retention plans.
  • At ResMed, worked on multiple teams on Lean Manufacturing projects. One team was to improve speed on final product completion. We increased some loops and decreased some loops to give us an even time on the loops. This allowed us to speed up the line and not put too much work on the employee. We increased line by 31 units per 8 hours. This project increased potential sales on average of $110,000 per week.
  • At JTEKT, renovated all the material handlers' routes. This allowed us to use 3 employees elsewhere in the department. Also, within this process, improved the arrangement of all material. Made a map, labeled/identified all products, and distributed it to the team. Everything is labeled and set to the ordering process per Kanban’s.
