With my years of experience as a lead/foreman in the golf industry and also working the last 5 years with the City of Surprise as a maintenance technician I believe I am the best candidate for the position. I'm very comfortable and capable working with and if need be leading a team. With my experience with overseeing, landscaping, training new hires, safety oriented, being adapted to new procedures, being able to acccess the landscape, and be adaptive to new procedures, utilizing my teams strength to complete a task at hand, this is what makes me a asset to the department. I have no problem working holidays and filling in if need be. With my passion and drive to succeed, I am very comfortable taking on new challenges that will help the parks department and having the citizens recognize it at the same time. I am also someone who is reliable, dependable, and most importantly teachable. That is what makes me the best candidate for the position.

Accomplishments

Being recognize by Golf Advisor as one of Arizonas most improved courses in the state. Most recently helping the City of Surprise win field of the year at our soccer complex by the STMA. (Sports Turf Managers Association) The site was "The Fields At Countryside".
