- I oversee a team of 41 men who work effectively and efficiently to fabricate steel buildings. Along with ensuring production output, I manage budgets, care for special order items and oversee onboarding/off boarding team members.
- Prior to this position I managed the companies shipping department for four years. While running the fleet, I received numerous hours behind the wheel hauling heavy steel building kits on flatbed trailers. Delivering all over the Pacific Northwest year round, I have experienced driving in snowy condition, throwing chains, and driving a manual transmission.
- Customer and employee communication comes very natural to me and is seen as a key element to success regardless of an individuals position within a company.
