Over my 30 year career I feel very fortunate to have been able to work in the same field and work on everything from well head artificial lift equipment to water transfer and injection to CDP compressors and engines to Howden Screw compressors and Turbines and large HP centrifugal compressors. I have been able to be apart of the design to construction to the maintenance of a lot of various pieces of equipment.
Currently I am responsible for all rotating equipment routine maintenance and corrective maintenance for Water Team and shared responsibility at Florida and Bayfield plants I also help out as needed with CDP maintenance with compressor overhauls and engine swings. My responsibility also includes ordering and maintaining critical spare inventories for Water Team and also Florida and Bayfield plants.
Managing the small engine artificial lift fleet for San Juan North this includes managing contractors doing maintenance on all small engine and Generators and water transfers with upwards of 500 pieces of equipment.

I am responsible for the routine and corrective maintenance of all Water Team rotating equipment on water injection and transfer sites .
Responsible for Operation and Maintenance of CDP Treating sites for Arco Vastar Durango operations
Perform all preventive and corrective maintenance on CDP compressors , Generators and water injection facilities pumps and engines.
Started out as entry level mechanic for first year and then was moved to lead mechanic with run that was Treating site 6,6B,5 and 5A
Entry level position worked directly with lead mechanic as a mentor rebuilding cylinder heads for the first year in the shop then moving into mechanic helper rolls in the field. After the second year was assisting in the overhauling of Waukesha VHP engines.
