As a Control Center Supervisor I've worked to create an operational system that is less taxing on the operators well being as well as giving the operators opportunities to seek career advancement. I've implemented training schedules to help the operators maintain their certifications. I've created procedures to formalize our processes. But most importantly I've worked tirelessly to make this control center a safe place to voice your opinion, to hold each other accountable, trust in the team and collectively focus on achievement.
