Ensure proper installation of structural elements such as beams, headers, and floor systems following blueprints and specifications. Maintain exceptional levels of accuracy in measurements during the layout processes for walls, ceilings, floors which result in fewer adjustments later on. Maintain overall job site safety through consistent monitoring, training, and adherence to safety protocols. Facilitate a positive work environment by fostering teamwork among crew members across various construction sites. Work closely with architects and engineers to resolve design issues and discrepancies during the construction process.
