Generate quotes and sales proposals on-site, identifying service needs and upgrade opportunities while helping customers understand their options. Collaborate with office staff by sharing field knowledge, offering consultation on system details, and supporting team members with technical insight. Deliver detailed inspection reports and feedback to ensure code compliance and long-term system performance.

Managed all operations for the sprinkler and suppression service departments across two branch offices. Oversaw field teams, ensuring high-quality service and code-compliant installations and repairs. Reviewed and approved all sprinkler sales contracts for both offices to ensure accuracy, profitability, and scope alignment. Maintained strong customer relationships by supporting service delivery with a hands-on approach and responsive communication. Responsible for all material procurement, job scheduling, and resource coordination to keep projects on track.

Overseeing day-to-day services and inspection operations for two locations in the Louisiana Market. Including by not limited to; scheduling jobs, building customer relations, training service technicians & inspectors, and performing service requests. Additional dutites include; working with the sales team to put together sales contracts, review exsisting sales contracts, performing site sureveys and providing sprinkler layouts.

While also, conducting regular site visits and inspections to monitor work progress and ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables. Other responsibilites include,  compliling change orders, conducting weekly progress meetings, forcasting, billing, ordering material, building and reviewing sales contracts.

Performed pipe fabrication, installation and fitting according to proper specifications. Inspected fire protection systems to assess their quality and condition. Communicated with customers regarding recommendations on repairs, replacements and upgrades of fire protection equipment. Perform fan testing.

Analyzed project blueprints and specifications to accurately estimate material and labor costs for new construction and retrofit projects. Maintained accurate inventory records and organized materials in the warehouse to ensure smooth operations. Coordinated and managed scheduling for meetings, appointments, and projects to ensure efficient time management and execution.
