· Presenting daily PowerPoints to different units within the Airforce being managed, showing progressions and difficulties,
· Having to communicated with High officials in the Airforce on issues pertaining to there units and providing solutions and how to move forward.
· Creating WI and SOPs for a team to follow and keep updates with new changes, having them yearly updated to Airforce standards.
· Managing a high-level ticket queue, consisting of different offerings relating to inventory, from Virtual check ins on machines, missing assets, Lost assets, damaged, transferring, out processing, tagging and new inventories.
· Managing a ticket queue that has over 1000 request submitted per month and managing main mission of annual inventories.
· Managing a high-level attention for Lost, damaged or destroyed assets that have a very dwelling process working with many government personnel's to account for the assets and write them off or higher repercussions.
· Instilling a high attention to detail to ensure database accuracy on remedy records.
