Since I've been hired and I came in and completely overhauled the bar systems. Increasing efficiency and cleanliness of the bar. I have created a completely new cocktail list, and brought seasonal and fresh ingredients for exceptional quality cocktails. Maintaining a 5 table section along with a 14 seat bar is often tasked with myself and one other barstaff on the daily.

  • -I was part of original barstaff tasked with setting up an efficient system to run the bar, I helped in creative crafting of the cocktail menu.
  • Our team was fortunate enough to win silver in Hale Aina awards for best cocktail program 2 years in a row(2022-2023). Keeping the bar menu fresh and costantly evolving our drink list and creating consistent and quality cocktails on a daily basis was vital for this achievement.
