I currently manage a team of 8-11 software engineers across the globe who build and maintain VDI workflows for the Horizon Enterprise product line. The role includes developing junior engineers, establishing career growth opportunities for senior engineers, day-to-day engineering resource management as well as new feature project and release management with global, cross-functional teams.

I've also overseen integrations between the Horizon product line and vSphere, Azure, AWS Workspaces Core, and Nutanix AHV.

I spent almost 15 years as a windows installer and packaging architect. My role was to develop and maintain the various windows installers across VMware so that we could support install, uninstall, repair, modify, upgrade, and patch installs. I also was responsible for ensuring our final installer payloads were release-ready each quarter.
