Manage and instruct the adults and juniors Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program. Mentor junior instructors, sharing expertise to improve teaching methods and class dynamics. Developed a tailored curriculum for all skill levels, enhancing student engagement and retention.

• Conduct various inspections / monitoring of operations and processes. Some include crane observations, fire bottle inspections, hazardous material stowage inspections, equipment auditing, and vessel inspections. All inspections are in accordance with with Global Procedures, Naval Ships Technical Manuals (NSTM) 050, and standard operating procedures.

• Highly skilled technician/Quality Assurance Representative. As (QAR), I supervised the upkeep on Support Equipment (SE) through preventative and scheduled maintenance. Ensured All maintenance on equipment is in accordance with technical manuals and the Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP). As work center supervisor, ensuring all standards of quality are being met in all aspects, including admin, maintenance, cleanliness, protective equipment, and procedures. Trained and supervised subordinates through high risk ordnance evolutions on a weekly basis. Emphasis on procedural compliance, standard operating procedures, and safety. Tool Control program Manager, consisting of monitoring inventory and condition of tools for accountability purposes. Medical training/response team, consisting of rapid response to actual casualties on board USS Nimitz.

• Instructing and coaching the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, to adults and kids of all ages. Efforts support physical readiness, comradery, and discipline for all students. I have been training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for 20 years, coaching and teaching roughly 12-13 of those years. Strengthening communication, patience, adaptability, and my organizational skills.
