Performed duties as Kubernetes SRE on VMware Deployment Platform serving all of VMware's SaaS products across hundreds of clusters in global environments including US Gov FedRamp/FIPS compliant environments and PCI Category 2. Role makes heavy use of Kubernetes, GoLang, Bash, AWS experience and more.

Worked directly on Tanzu Kubernetes Grid product (formerly Pivotal Kubernetes), specifically for vSphere integrations and service pieces. Engineered new Kubernetes controllers and operators to accelerate Tanzu onto VMware Cloud on AWS as full service offering. Utilized heavy experience with Kubernetes, GoLang, and vSphere.

Accelerated Toyota Connected Cloud Engineering (platform) team by setting company-wide patterns and best practices, while engineering systems for embedded DevOps engineers. Utilizing Kubernetes, Terraform, Hashicorp Vault and GitLab on top of AWS to deliver consistent deployment platform for Toyota's Connected products. Experience in this role also involved:

• Architected core platform services for development teams including GitLab, Hashicorp Vault, multiple ELK stack instances
• Extensive Hashicorp Vault Expertise, source of knowledge for entire company on best practices and patterns
