  • As the General Manager took over a Red Zone hotel form a Marriott Managed hotel.
  • Was responsible for completely restaffing the hotel, building a new Leadership Team, and driving results.
  • Did bring the hotel out of the Red Zone.
  • Also scored a 98 on the AES Survey for Marriott (Associate Engagement Survey that Marriott administers to all Marriott Managed properties to their associates about the workplace, and the leadership.
  • Have all up to date Marriott Certifications and am also a member of the Marriott Business Council.
  • Also lead the region in volunteer hours as a hotel team for Marriott Cares.

  • The property is also a training property for La Quinta Inn & Suites, so corporate owned hotels who hired new General Managers and Assistant General Managers would come here to train for two weeks.
