JOEL GRISSOM

I have been working in the Electrical field for the last 21 years and have been licensed for the last 17. I have spent most of these years working in new construction commercial as a journeyman, but for the last 6+ years as a Foreman overseeing crews from 3-23 men. I also have about 5-7 years experience in an industrial setting, such as manufacturing plants, machine shops, and oil field service calls. As well as 4-5 years in residential new construction, wiring custom homes. I am very versatile and adaptable to any type work environment. I have very strong communication skills. I am very comfortable dealing with management and customers. I am a detail-oriented team player with strong organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy. Seeking to maintain full-time position that offers professional challenges utilizing interpersonal skills, excellent time management and problem-solving skills.. I look forward to furthering my career by being open to new experiences and advances in the always changing electrical field.
