1) Organizing and putting together retail Programs for Seasonal products sold to retail chains throughout the United States.


2) Traveling to China and Taiwan for over 30 years sourcing products and establishing personal relationships, some lasting over 30 years.


3) Maintaining an office and showroom in Hong Kong to monitor production and to make presentation to US Buyers traveling to Hong Kong and China to review programs.


4) Sourcing and buying materials for production in the US facility located in Wakefield, Ma.


5) Scheduling production and managing up to 100 seasonal employees. Each employee being treated with respect.


6) Ultimate responsibility to manage a family business that provided for three (3) families. Dealt with not only the business challenges that presented themselves on a daily basis...but also dealt with family dynamics that occurred.
