I take pride and joy in the investigation of claims to ensure we achieve the best outcome for the customer and the bank. I have assisted chase bank from losing $50,000+ due to great attention to detail and identifying fraudulent claims. I had many opportunities to move into other queues due to exceptional performance metrics. Many times in my initial role I was hand selected to be promoted. I started off as a credit card specialist I, then in 6 months was hand picked by my Division leader to be promoted into a higher position, became cross skilled in card/retail, after my journey there I was selected again to join Business card account specialist II. In Account specialist II role, manager hand selected me over 50 other specialists for a 3 month project role to help decrease AHT in individuals that were not meeting their goal, which resulted in the training of 40 specialists, leading to a 75% decrease in AHT, which granted me recognition as a Chase All Star. Also based on performance and rank I was hand selected to move over to the fraud department. I would ensure the proper calculations of funds being distributed as well as enter the information into the work database to maintain correct inventory. I also had the opportunity of getting level III security guard certified. I also had the responsibility to help others when they would fall behind and lead a team of two whenever the manager would step out. I would ensure grass and trees were cleaned as needed and exceeded customer expectations. Also would service machinery on a daily basis to ensure machine longevity. I was selected over 5 others to lead the crew of 5 whenever the manager would be on vacation or had to step away. I was also chosen to be my crew's safety administrator, learning first aid and becoming CPR certified to ensure the team's safety.
